DHGC did not begin as a holding company. It began as a single metaphysical practice in 2013. Over the years, that practice grew into a group of brands, then into a diversified portfolio of acquired businesses, and eventually into a formally structured holding company. What has remained consistent through every stage is a straightforward principle: build businesses that hold their ground, regardless of economic conditions.
DHGC operates under a defined governance framework designed for stability, accountability, and long-term continuity. The group is led by an appointed executive team supported by internal departments across finance, legal, human resources, acquisitions, and operations. Subsidiaries retain their own management teams. Strategic oversight and capital decisions remain centralised at the holding level.
A structured approach to growth and long-term stability.
We grow through acquisitions and selective investments across retail, fashion, hospitality, and technology. Every decision is evaluated on long-term value and operational fit.Retail and Hospitality Acquisitions

Cross-Market Growth Support
DHGC provides dedicated shared services to the businesses within our group. Through our Business Support Unit and extended internal teams, subsidiaries have access to legal, finance, human resources, and marketing support.Subsidiaries with their own established teams may manage these functions independently. For smaller businesses within the group, access to this infrastructure is a meaningful part of what being part of DHGC provides.
DHGC operates through a decentralised structure across 7 countries, with regional offices overseeing subsidiaries and investments in their respective markets. We are present where the opportunity is substantive. Our approach to geographic expansion is deliberate, guided by long-term fit rather than speed.
If you have a genuine inquiry or would like to connect, we are happy to hear from you.
DHGC is a privately held, U.S.-incorporated investment holding company. Incorporated in 2021, with roots going back to 2013, we manage a growing portfolio of businesses across metaphysical and spiritual services, retail, consumer goods, fashion, hospitality, and technology. We operate across 7 countries. At the group level, we employ over 800 professionals across acquisitions, investments, legal, finance, human resources, operations, and business development. Across our subsidiaries, that figure exceeds 10,000.Our structure is straightforward. Businesses within our group retain their own management and operational direction. DHGC provides governance, shared services, and long-term planning that underpins their growth and stability. We are not a venture capital firm. We do not seek outside capital. Growth has been self-funded from the outset, and we intend to keep it that way.We maintain a deliberately low public profile. The majority of our work is conducted behind the scenes, supporting a wide network of businesses with consistency and a long-term view.
DHGC provides substantive operational support to the businesses within our group, particularly those that are smaller in scale and would benefit from shared infrastructure.Through our Business Support Unit and dedicated internal teams, subsidiaries have access to the following:
LEGALOur internal legal team manages compliance, contracts, intellectual property protection, KYC, and due diligence, as well as trademark and copyright monitoring across the group. Corporate legal matters are handled by appointed external law firms across our key operating jurisdictions.
FINANCEWe provide month-end bookkeeping support alongside internal financial oversight for subsidiaries. Regular internal audits are conducted to maintain financial integrity and protect the interests of the group.
PEOPLE & CULTUREOur human resources function, known internally as People and Culture, supports subsidiaries with employment governance, visa and work pass management, and HR compliance. Internal HR audits are conducted regularly to ensure subsidiaries remain free from exposure to related risks.
MARKETINGMarketing support is available to subsidiaries that require it. Those with established in-house capabilities may manage independently.
Participation in these services is not mandatory. Larger subsidiaries with their own functional teams often operate entirely independently. For smaller businesses, this infrastructure forms a core part of the value that being part of the DHGC group provides.
To build, acquire, and grow businesses that create long-term value through strong operations, disciplined planning, and responsible management. We are committed to supporting our portfolio companies in delivering meaningful, scalable impact to the customers and communities they serve.
To be a steady and trusted presence in global business, developing a portfolio of companies that grow with purpose and maintain their ground over time.We aim to create lasting impact across industries while upholding integrity, independence, and a disciplined approach to leadership.
At DHGC, every decision, every partnership, and every investment comes back to these.
We evaluate every opportunity with care. We expand only when there is clear long-term value, a sound operational fit, and genuine alignment with the direction of the group.
Sustained performance is the measure of real influence. We let our results speak for us.
Ethical governance, financial accountability, and respect for the people and communities we work with are non-negotiable at every level of the group.
We hold a high standard across everything we do, from the processes we put in place to the support we provide our teams and subsidiaries.

2013 – The BeginningDHGC's origins lie in a single metaphysical practice established in 2013. Before there was a holding company or a group of brands, there was a practitioner building something real, earning the trust of clients and industry peers over many years.
2015 to 2017 – Laying the FoundationNew brands followed from that first practice. A significant breakthrough in 2016 enabled overseas expansion in 2017, establishing the early foundation of what would become a structured group of companies.
2018 – Draslaric Group is FormedExisting brands and practices were formally consolidated under Draslaric Group (DSRG), creating a structured entity rooted in Southeast Asian and Chinese metaphysical traditions.
2019 – A Growing PortfolioNew brands were added to the group. Alongside this, DHGC began acquiring smaller metaphysical businesses, including feng shui consultancies and fortune-telling practices. The metaphysical industry faces a well-documented challenge around business succession, with many longstanding practices unable to find suitable successors. DHGC stepped in to support business continuity for these companies and the communities they had served for decades, drawing on years of trust and relationships built within the industry.
2021 – DHGC Is IncorporatedWhen COVID-19 disrupted global markets, businesses across retail, fashion, and hospitality came under significant financial pressure. DHGC was formally incorporated in 2021 to provide the governance structure for a broader, diversified portfolio and to act on selective investment opportunities that emerged during this period. This period also validated a core characteristic of the DHGC portfolio. During economic downturns, demand for metaphysical guidance, feng shui, and fortune-telling services historically rises. As confidence returns and economies recover, retail, hospitality, and fashion strengthen. Our portfolio is structured to span both sides of this cycle, providing the group with a natural degree of stability across varying economic conditions. This is not incidental. It reflects a deliberate approach to building something that endures.
2022 – Continuity Through TransitionThe founder stepped back from day-to-day operations to attend to a personal health matter. To ensure continuity and sustained momentum, DHGC brought in professional management through a trusted M&A partner, marking the beginning of a new phase of institutional leadership for the group.
2023 to Present – A Maturing PortfolioAs global markets recovered, the non-metaphysical side of the portfolio performed strongly. The same cycle-aware and deliberate approach that guided the group's early years continues to inform how we acquire, invest, and grow today.DHGC remains a privately held, self-funded holding company operating across 7 countries, with a portfolio that continues to expand. Our journey is ongoing.
When I started this journey, I wanted to build a company that grows quietly and focuses on doing real work rather than seeking attention. DHGC was created to support, protect, and guide good businesses. Not to be in the public eye.As the world changes fast, we choose to stay steady. Every business we acquire and every investment we make comes back to one belief: long-term value is not only about money. It is also about strong operations, good ethics, and treating people well.I am grateful to our team and our partners across every market for carrying this with honesty, hard work, and quiet confidence.
